for my granny cuz she just came back from Turkey
so lets just start with the ingredients:

granulated ho nafsa normal sugar mb elma67oon.
when i went to get the eggs with my sis seeda shalait the box w 7a6aita in the basket then i was like la wait mafchna hatha eggs sho?

and finally vanilla extract!
... okay... so awal shay butter the tray that you wanna use for the cake mix
melt a tiny piece of butter n brush it on the tray

then add a plastic paper.. (<< only 6aba5een know wat this is) la mb A4
its special mal 6bee5 lol
anyways after the butter+paper add another THIN layer of butter.. nafs elshay just brush it...
n then sprinkle the ma67oon sugar
...now for the cake mix...

first seperate 4 egg yolks with 1 whole egg AND the white part of those 4 eggs!

you have 4 eggs okay... seperate the yolks and the white part.. then get an extra egg and 76oha klha in the yolk thingi

after seperating them 5alohm for about 30 minutes 3ashan they reach room temperature w maykunon wayed cold..
add 33 grams of cake flour and 3 tablespoons of corn starch to another bowl and mix them together...
now back to the eggs, take the bowl with the yolks and add 100 grams of granulated sugar to it and mix it with the electrical mixer thingi
for about 5 minutes until the mixture ystwe lona pale yellow and then add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and mix mix mix !!

n then add the two mixes together
the flour mix and the egg mix

in another clean bowl, get the white part of the eggs
the one we separated awal shay and add one tableskoon of granulated sugar w keeeeep beating the mixture until ystwe che foamy
chana bubbles lol
n then add it to that yellow mixture again -_-" (ya you have to keep separating and adding shway shway)

add the mixture to a tray and 76o in the oven for 7 minutes! until it turns to like goldish yellow
and while its cookin'
get a clean towel and sprinkle some ma67oon sugar to it so that after you get the cake you immediately turn it blmajloob on the towel, remove the plastic paper and roll it WITH the towel all together n just sit there n wait for it to cool

...now the raspberry cream...
ill make this short cuz 6fart -_-" clean bowl, whipped cream + vanilla + sugar = MIX IT!

then keep it in the thalaja for 30 minutes 3ashan ybrad w ba3dain 6al3o and add the raspberry jam to it and baystwe PINK
unroll the cake which would be cool by now, add a layer of the jam mix to it like che..

and just roll it again

add a lil of the pink mixture on top of the cake and place lil pieces of fesh raspberries on them 

put it in the fridge, cuz you serve it cold, a7la!
you can sprinkle some sugar on top too!
